System Infrastructure
Centrase uses Telstra connections to the world (mobile, NBN, Fiber, ADSL, VDSL) because they work. Their systems are supported by accountable, real people. Networking infrastructure is dealt with on a case by case basis, but currently Ubiquity has a great product that is at a great price point.
Email Server Management
Email servers used to be something that you needed to spend a lot of time and money managing. Not so these days. Cloud email servers are much better and easier to deal with for the average business. There is no large up front investment in hardware and installation as well as large maintenance costs.
